Sección de Arbitraje – La resolución de los conflictos audiovisuales a través del arbitraje

El próximo día 1 de febrero, a las 16:00h., tendrá lugar una jornada organizada por la Sección de Arbitraje del ICAM para abordar la resolución de los conflictos audiovisuales a través del arbitraje.

A través del diálogo con los ponentes nos adentraremos en la problemática de los contratos audiovisuales y su gestión, prevención y desarrollo. Así, analizaremos el contrato de coproducción internacional y las inversiones en cine desde España, los conflictos por la propiedad intelectual de las obras y los contratos con productoras y la resolución a través del Arbitraje y otras formas de gestión de controversias.
