Sección de Gestión de Despachos e Innovación: Análisis de los efectos del teletrabajo en las firmas de abogados. Impacto sobre las personas, equipos y organización

El próximo 7 de marzo, a las 19:00h., tendrá lugar una jornada organizada por la Sección de Gestión de Despachos e Innovación del ICAM para abordar el tema «Análisis de los efectos del teletrabajo en las firmas de abogados. Impacto sobre las personas, equipos y organización».

La modalidad del teletrabajo se está extendiendo de una u otra manera en las firmas de abogados. En algunos lugares con más intensidad que en otros y -al margen de las nuevas obligaciones legales- no siempre de forma totalmente pacífica en cuanto a su alcance, expectativas o resultados. Transcurrido ya cierto tiempo es momento de debatir sobre sus pros y contras.

En la presente sesión pretendemos analizar, no las distintas modalidades, ni el grado en el que unos u otros despachos de abogados han abordado la cuestión concreta, sino las consecuencias que el teletrabajo está teniendo o pueda tener en el futuro en el negocio de la abogacía y su impacto en las organizaciones, relación con el cliente, gestión de personas y equipos de abogados/as.
