Sección de Derecho Sanitario – Resolución extrajudicial por reclamación de negligencias médicas, mala praxis asistencial y atención sanitaria

La Sección de Derecho Sanitario, en colaboración con la Sección de Arbitraje y la MASC del ICAM, han organizado una nueva jornada que tendrá lugar el próximo 11 de diciembre, en horario de 16:00 a 18:30 horas.

La sesión servirá para analizar el tema “Resolución extrajudicial por reclamación de negligencias médicas, mala praxis asistencial y atención sanitaria. Los MASC como métodos alternativos para exigir la responsabilidad patrimonial y por responsabilidad profesional sanitaria”.

Para ello, contaremos con el siguiente programa de intervenciones:
