Sección de Derecho de la Competencia: Procedimientos en materia de defensa de la competencia

El próximo 23 de marzo, a las 19:00 h., tendrá lugar la jornada sobre procedimientos en materia de defensa de la competencia organizada por la Sección de Derecho de la Competencia del ICAM.

La Ley de Defensa de la Competencia (LDC) ha sido modificada recientemente para trasponer la Directiva ECN+, que ha pretendido mejorar la aplicación efectiva de la normativa de competencia por las autoridades nacionales de competencia en la Unión Europea. No obstante, se han quedado pendientes importantes reformas (anunciadas en julio de 2020) no exigidas por la Directiva, que tendrían incidencia directa en los procedimientos ante las autoridades de competencia.

Cabe analizar si deberían revisarse o actualizar otros aspectos procedimentales, aprovechando el proceso de convalidación del Real Decreto-Ley 7/2021 o con ocasión de una próxima reforma de la LDC.
