Jornada Académica 425 Aniversario ICAM

Enmarcadas dentro de los actos conmemorativos del 425 Aniversario del ICAM, los próximos días 16 y 17 de junio se celebrarán las Jornadas Académicas en las que cerca de un centenar de expertos debatirán sobre la situación actual y los desafíos a los que se enfrenta el sector jurídico.  

Estas jornadas tendrán lugar en la sede del IE (C/ Monforte de Lemos, 2)y ofrecerán 18 sesiones de todo tipo de materias y temáticas así como espacios de exposición comercial y para el networking entre compañeros/as. 

PROGRAMA COMPLETO

Durante la primera sesión, que tendrá lugar el día 16 de junio, los asistentes podrán disfrutar de mesas de debate simultáneas sobre temas de máxima actualidad como el impacto de marketplaces y ALSP en el mundo jurídico, última jurisprudencia en los pleitos de Responsabilidad Civil y Seguros, la responsabilidad del Estado al oir las restricciones de Derechos impuestas en la pandemia, las principales reformas legislativas en materia de Infancia, Familia y Capacidad o el derecho de defensa ante los hechos fiscales con relevancia penal. Asimismo, también se analizarán cuestiones como el Derecho de Defensa en el proceso penal, los retos legales y oportunidades en el asesoramiento de insolvencias empresariales, actuaciones en Sala de Jueces y Abogados o el pasado, presente y futuro de la asistencia jurídica gratuita, entre otros. 

El Estado de derecho en la UE, la visión de la abogacía internacional sobre el futuro, las oportunidades y seguridad jurídica en LATAM y las implicaciones jurídicas del metaverso serán analizadas en la segunda sesión, que tendrá lugar el día 17 de junio. 

El acto final de esta semana conmemorativa tendrá como protagonistas a quienes han desempeñado la máxima responsabilidad en política nacional relacionada con Justicia, así como a quienes han contribuido al desarrollo de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Ministros de Justicia como Miguel Ángel Michavila, Alberto Ruiz Gallardón, Rafael Catalá o Juan Carlos Campos debatirán sobre el papel de los profesionales de la abogacía como garantes del derecho fundamental de defensa y la asistencia letrada en el acto de clausura, que finalizará con las palabras de la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, y del alcalde de Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida.
