II Congreso Jurídico el sector Agroalimentario

Ya están abiertas las inscripciones para la segunda edición del Congreso Jurídico del sector Agroalimentario, que tendrá lugar los días 23 y 24 de mayo en el Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid.

Bajo el título «Presente y futuro de la normativa básica reguladora del sector agroalimentario», este Congreso contará con la participación de autoridades y expertos de reconocido prestigio en la materia que, a través de tres bloques de contenido, analizarán cuestiones como los pilares regulatorios del sistema agrario europeo; la fiscalidad del sector; la simplificación normativa en la cadena agroalimentaria; cómo afectan las reformas laborales al sector agrario; la legislación vigente en materia de aguas; o la modernización del sistema de seguros agrarios para afrontar la nueva realidad del sector primario y los efectos del cambio climático.

  • Bloque 2. La presión regulatoria en el sector agroalimentario
  • Bloque 3. La reforma de los pilares normativos del sector agrario para impulsar su competitividad y viabilidad
