IV Congreso Nacional de Derecho Bancario

INSCRIPCIONES 

Los próximos días 18 y 19 de abril, el Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid celebrará su IV Congreso Nacional de Derecho Bancario, organizado por la Sección de Derecho Bancario del ICAM con la colaboración del Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona (ICAB) y con el patrocinio de Tirant lo Blanch y de la editorial COLEX.

El IV Congreso Nacional de Derecho Bancario contará con ponentes del más alto nivel, como Amparo López Senovilla, subsecretaria Ministerio de Economía, Comercio y Empresa; Manuel Olmedo, Secretario de Estado del Ministerio de Justicia; Pedro Comín Rodríguez, director de SEPBLAC; Miguel Ángel Fernández Ordoñez, ex Gobernador del Banco de España; Joaquim Hortalà, Director Jurídico del FROB; Ignacio Caparrós, Jefe del Departamento de Regulación en FROB; María Jesús Arribas, Global Head of Legal en BBVA, Fernando Conlledo, secretario del Consejo de CECA; Carmen Alonso, catedrática Derecho Mercantil y presidenta Sección Derecho Mercantil de la Comisión General de Codificación; Jaime Herrero, vicesecretario del Banco de España; Carmen Martín, viceconsejera de Justicia de la Comunidad de Madrid o Jaime Caruana, consejero en BBV, ex Gobernador del Banco de España y ex Gerente General del BPI.

En el IV Congreso Bancario participarán más de medio centenar de ponentes entre los que se encuentran representantes de la Secretaría Gral. del Tesoro, FGD, Colegio de Registradores, Banco Europeo de Inversiones, Banco Europeo de Desarrollo, ICO, Santander, BBVA, AEB, Sabadell, CaixaBank, Bankinter, Unicredit, Credit Suisse, ABANCA, CECA, UNACC, IBERPAY, KPMG, RRBS Legal, Uría y Menéndez, Ceca Magán Abogados, Grant Thornton, Logalty, Universidad Complutense, CUNEF y Universidad de Valencia.

El Congreso analizará, a lo largo de dos jornadas, cuestiones de actualidad como Compliance y Gobierno Corporativo de EEFF, Euro Digital y CBDc’s, situación de la identidad digital, los DLT y la gestión de activos digitales, la regulación bancaria, cuestiones legislativas y jurisprudencia reciente que afecta al sector, o las reestructuraciones y la financiación sostenible.

Bajo la dirección del presidente de la Sección de Derecho Bancario y Diputado 2º de la Junta de Gobierno del ICAM, José Ramón Couso, esta cita pretende convertirse en un espacio de debate constructivo y enriquecedor entre profesionales de esta rama del Derecho, donde se promueva el intercambio de ideas y experiencias para abordar los desafíos legales más relevantes que enfrenta el sector bancario.
